Two tunnels set up with L-screens and tee stations, with retractable netting so the space adapts to whatever the session calls for.
Portable mounds that roll out for bullpen work and throwing sessions, so pitchers get reps off a real slope at full distance. When the floor needs to open up, they roll back out of the way.
A dedicated weight room for strength and conditioning work, giving players a place to build power between sessions on the field.
Training indoors isn't the whole story. Apex players also have exclusive access to Manklin Meadows field in Ocean Pines — under the lights, the perfect place to put in the extra work.
